You can revoke your permission to use cookies at any time. You can do this by changing the settings of your internet browser so that it does not accept cookies. How to do this depends on the operating system and internet browser you use. Detailed information about cookies, their use, opt-out options can be found at http://AllAboutCookies.org or http://google.com/privacy_ads.html .
- The use of cookies is an industry standard and is therefore used by many websites. It is possible to prevent the penetration of cookies into the Buyer’s computer or to prohibit any form of cookies. In this case, part of the Online Store services may not work partially or completely.
- Web beacons are small graphic documents that the Seller can place in the Online Store and in e-mails that the Seller sends to the Buyer. Cookies and network data collectors together allow the Seller to accurately count the number of unique Buyers on the Websites and the number of impressions of the respective Websites. Using network data collectors, the Seller can also find out how many times a particular website has been viewed, the advertisement of which was sent to the Buyer by e-mail. Such information is not linked to the Buyer’s personal information.
- Any image in the Online Store can be a network data collector. Third parties, when advertising in the Online Store or in other ways, may use network data collectors in the advertisement itself.
- Since network data collectors work together with cookies, the Buyer can prohibit network data collectors from collecting the Buyer’s information by setting their browser to not accept any cookies, or only cookies from the Online Store.
- Use of Buyer Information
- The Seller has the right to use all accumulated information about the Buyer at his discretion, fully and in any way not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The following are examples of the purposes for which the Seller may use information collected about a particular Visitor:
- in order to be able to edit the content of the Online Store in the way that is most relevant to the Buyer. In some cases, the Seller needs to know accurate data about the Buyer so that the Seller can offer specialized services and targeted advertising;
- The Seller collects the Buyer’s Anonymous data and shares them with third parties (e.g. advertising clients). To such persons, the Seller discloses information about the number of Buyers, the number of Buyers who saw a certain advertisement and/or clicked on the corresponding link in a certain part of the Online Store, etc. The Seller may also provide full demographic statistics of those Buyers who have viewed and clicked on the respective advertiser’s link. Seller may also disclose anonymous survey results. This process generally does not disclose any of the Buyer’s personal information;
- The Seller also uses general data for statistical analysis of the general characteristics and behavior of Buyers in order to clarify the needs related to certain parts of the Online Store and to analyze how and where to use the available resources most effectively. Without this data, the Seller would not know which parts of the Online Store are the most popular and would not be able to properly change and edit the content and services offered by the Online Store;
- The Seller may use the Buyer’s personal information to contact the Buyer and notify the Buyer of changed and updated services, as well as the Buyer’s accounts or violations of the Rules. If the Buyer participates in games or contests organized by the Online Store, the Seller may use the Buyer’s information if the Buyer wins and the Seller needs to contact him;
- The Seller may send e-mails or letters by post, as well as short messages (SMS) to the Buyer’s mobile phone with information about services that, in the Seller’s opinion, would be of interest to the Buyer. The aforementioned information is sent only if the Buyer has given his consent.
- The Seller has the right to use all accumulated information about the Buyer at his discretion, fully and in any way not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The following are examples of the purposes for which the Seller may use information collected about a particular Visitor:
- Protective measures
- The Seller uses software and other means aimed at protecting the Data of all Buyers. Only authorized employees of the Seller and/or other persons authorized by the Seller may access the Buyer’s Data.
- The Seller asks the Buyer to be careful when using and protecting the Data, as the Buyer is responsible for the confidentiality of all Data. The Buyer should log out of the browser after finishing work in order to be sure that no one will access the Buyer’s e-mail, personal information, especially in cases where the Buyer uses a publicly accessible computer (e.g. in an Internet cafe, library). Also, the Seller warns that the Buyer must be careful and should not disclose his personal information (such as the Buyer’s real name, personal identification number, e-mail address, bank account codes, etc.) to third parties when using the Online Store. Such information may be used and directed against the Buyer’s interests, including by acts such as fraud,
- The Seller undertakes to make efforts to protect the personal data of the Buyer, which is processed by the Seller, but considering the fact that the Buyer’s information is sent over the Internet, the Seller warns that the Seller cannot and does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted by the Buyer, including personal data.
- The seller takes care of protecting the rights of minors and restricts their access to certain services intended only for adults. Therefore, individual parts of the Online Store can only be intended for adults. Underage Buyers are strictly prohibited from entering such parts of the Online Store. The Buyer is also responsible for the behavior of not only himself, but also his minor children or other wards in the Online Store, if they use the Online Store in the Buyer’s environment, with his permission or using the Buyer’s hardware.
- The online store uses software and its installation.
- Seller may make available for installation software of its choice for use with certain Services. The Buyer understands and agrees that the Seller may limit the Buyer’s ability to use certain services in cases where certain software is not installed. Such software may be developed both by the Seller and by third parties. The software may be designed in such a way that it independently communicates with the hardware of the Seller or third parties in order to make the installed software work, and also so that the Buyer has the opportunity to learn about updates and improvements of such software. The terms of use of such software are discussed in a separate agreement, the text of which is available to the Buyer upon installation of such software.

- The Seller, upon receiving the Buyer’s request, submits an answer no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer’s request.
- The Seller, at the written request of the Buyer, immediately corrects incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data and/or stops the processing of such personal data, with the exception of storage
- The Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the correction, destruction or suspension of personal data processing performed or not performed at his request.
