PRIVACY POLICY

    1. General provisions
      • The online store printese.com (hereinafter –  the Internet store ) is owned and administered by AD Entertainment MB, registration no. 306057819.
      • These Privacy Protection Rules are a written document that establishes privacy protection provisions (hereinafter – Privacy Rules ) that apply to all persons using the Online Store. The terms used in the Privacy Rules correspond to  the terms defined in the Terms of Use of the Website  (hereinafter –  the Rules ) (use of the Online Store, etc.) and their meaning, except when certain terms are separately defined in these Privacy Rules.
      • By using the Online Store in any way and form, the buyer unconditionally and irrevocably undertakes to comply with all the requirements set forth in these Privacy Rules. If the Buyer does not unconditionally and irrevocably agree to assume and comply with all the obligations set out in these Privacy Rules, the Buyer has no right to use the Online Store.
      • The seller has the right to unilaterally change and/or supplement these Privacy Rules at any time. Changes to the Privacy Policy take effect after they are posted on the Website. If the Buyer continues to use the Online Store after the publication of changes and/or additions to the Privacy Rules, it is considered that he unequivocally agrees to all changes and/or additions to the Privacy Rules. If the Buyer does not agree with the changed and/or supplemented Privacy Rules, he loses the right to use the Online Store.
      • The collection, processing and storage of personal data is determined by these Privacy Protection Rules, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the EU and other legal acts.
    1. Data collected by the seller
      • The registration procedure can be performed using the online store. The registration procedure is carried out by clicking on the relevant link in the Online Store, filling in all the mandatory fields of the registration form (e-mail address, login password) and filling in the optional fields at the Buyer’s choice, thereby providing personal data to the Seller (hereinafter – Data ) .
      • The Seller has the right to use at its own discretion all Data provided by the Buyer, which the Buyer provides during the registration procedure, as well as data collected by the Seller about the Buyer in other ways.
      • The data collected by the Buyer during the registration procedure and/or when using the Online Store are divided into:
        • Anonymous data  (hereinafter –  Anonymous data ) . The Seller collects Anonymous data related to facts that cannot be applied to an individual Buyer. For example, the Seller collects certain information every time the Buyer visits the Online Store in order to improve the quality of browsing the Online Store. The Seller collects the IP addresses and related data of all Buyers (e.g. the Internet address of the last web page the person visited before entering the Seller’s network portal) and the types of browsers and operating systems (e.g. browser OS  Windows). The vendor also collects aggregated search terms from various search engines targeting internal advertising. The Seller collects this information from all Buyers for the purposes of monitoring, improving and direct advertising of the Online Store. The Seller also collects information about the Buyer’s answers to the questions submitted in the Online Store in order to find out the Buyer’s opinion about the Online Store, as well as the advertising placed in the Online Store. The Seller receives this information from all Buyers, regardless of whether they are registered or not.
        • Personal data  (hereinafter –  Personal data ) . These are data that can be used to determine the identity of a specific Buyer. In the sense of the personal data protection law of the EU, these data are considered personal data. Such data is collected and processed only with the consent of the Buyer, in the ways indicated below:
          • Registration: when the Buyer registers in the Online Store, the Buyer must provide the following data: e-mail address, login password).
          • Purchase of goods without completing the registration procedure: When purchasing goods in the online store without completing the registration procedure and choosing one of the methods of delivery of the goods, the buyer must provide the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address. The Buyer can voluntarily provide the code of a person or company if he wishes to be issued an invoice;
          • Correspondence and communication: if the Buyer contacts the Seller, the Seller may keep records of such communication and other related information.
          • The Seller has the right to collect data about the Buyer when he connects to the Website. These data show which pages of the Online Store the Buyer visits, at what time and how often he does so, and which services he uses. Also, this information includes the data that the Buyer sends in the Online Store.
        • The data subject can at any time contact the administration of the Online Store and familiarize himself with the collected data and demand their correction, destruction or suspension of the processing of his personal data, when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law.
    1. Recipients of data
      • Collected Anonymous data is managed, processed and used by the Seller for self-promotion and other similar purposes. Anonymous data may be transferred to third parties and also made public.
      • The Seller processes the collected Personal Data in strict compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania. The Seller processes personal data only for the following purposes: to determine the identity and contact details of the person purchasing the goods of the Online Store; create a login account in the Online Store; with the Buyer’s consent – for direct marketing purposes. Personal information is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases where it is necessary to do so in order to deliver the goods to the Buyer.
      • The online store may contain active links ( hyperlinks ) to other websites. Some of such websites may collect the Buyer’s personal information, and advertising websites may use cookies and web beacons in their advertisements in order to collect information about the Buyer. The Seller’s Privacy Policy and its provisions do not cover the privacy policies and provisions of information collection applied by third parties. The Seller is not and cannot be held responsible for any actions of third parties collecting information about the Buyer.
      • The data subject has the right to receive information about which data recipients his personal data was provided to in the last one year.
    1. Cookies and network data collectors
      • The Buyer understands and agrees that the Seller collects Anonymous data using cookies and network data collectors.
      • A cookie is a small text document with a unique identification number that is transferred from the website to the Buyer’s computer hard drive so that the website administrator can identify the Buyer’s computer and see the Buyer’s online activities. A unique number identifies the Buyer’s browser every time the Buyer visits the Online Store. Cookies prevent websites from remembering any of the Buyer’s personal information (such as the Buyer’s name and address) that the Buyer might forget to keep confidential. Cookies allow the Seller to automatically remember the Buyer’s internet browser type when the Buyer visits the Online Store. In order to offer the Buyer the best possible quality of services, the Seller uses cookies to:
        • could provide products and services as high quality and efficiently as possible. By storing certain information in cookie documents or by associating cookies with the registration process, favorite websites or a brief description of the Buyer in the Seller’s computer system, the Seller can provide services much faster and more efficiently to a larger number of Buyers. This information is usually stored in an encrypted form that can only be deciphered by the Seller;
        • would protect the Buyer from illegal use of his Data;
        • could keep statistics such as number of Buyers and traffic. Such information is not linked to the Buyer’s personal information.

        • The use of cookies is an industry standard and is therefore used by many websites. It is possible to prevent the penetration of cookies into the Buyer’s computer or to prohibit any form of cookies. In this case, part of the Online Store services may not work partially or completely.
        • Web beacons are small graphic documents that the Seller can place in the Online Store and in e-mails that the Seller sends to the Buyer. Cookies and network data collectors together allow the Seller to accurately count the number of unique Buyers on the Websites and the number of impressions of the respective Websites. Using network data collectors, the Seller can also find out how many times a particular website has been viewed, the advertisement of which was sent to the Buyer by e-mail. Such information is not linked to the Buyer’s personal information.
        • Any image in the Online Store can be a network data collector. Third parties, when advertising in the Online Store or in other ways, may use network data collectors in the advertisement itself.
        • Since network data collectors work together with cookies, the Buyer can prohibit network data collectors from collecting the Buyer’s information by setting their browser to not accept any cookies, or only cookies from the Online Store.
        1. Use of Buyer Information
          • The Seller has the right to use all accumulated information about the Buyer at his discretion, fully and in any way not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The following are examples of the purposes for which the Seller may use information collected about a particular Visitor:
            • in order to be able to edit the content of the Online Store in the way that is most relevant to the Buyer. In some cases, the Seller needs to know accurate data about the Buyer so that the Seller can offer specialized services and targeted advertising;
            • The Seller collects the Buyer’s Anonymous data and shares them with third parties (e.g. advertising clients). To such persons, the Seller discloses information about the number of Buyers, the number of Buyers who saw a certain advertisement and/or clicked on the corresponding link in a certain part of the Online Store, etc. The Seller may also provide full demographic statistics of those Buyers who have viewed and clicked on the respective advertiser’s link. Seller may also disclose anonymous survey results. This process generally does not disclose any of the Buyer’s personal information;
            • The Seller also uses general data for statistical analysis of the general characteristics and behavior of Buyers in order to clarify the needs related to certain parts of the Online Store and to analyze how and where to use the available resources most effectively. Without this data, the Seller would not know which parts of the Online Store are the most popular and would not be able to properly change and edit the content and services offered by the Online Store;
            • The Seller may use the Buyer’s personal information to contact the Buyer and notify the Buyer of changed and updated services, as well as the Buyer’s accounts or violations of the Rules. If the Buyer participates in games or contests organized by the Online Store, the Seller may use the Buyer’s information if the Buyer wins and the Seller needs to contact him;
            • The Seller may send e-mails or letters by post, as well as short messages (SMS) to the Buyer’s mobile phone with information about services that, in the Seller’s opinion, would be of interest to the Buyer. The aforementioned information is sent only if the Buyer has given his consent.
        1. Protective measures
          • The Seller uses software and other means aimed at protecting the Data of all Buyers. Only authorized employees of the Seller and/or other persons authorized by the Seller may access the Buyer’s Data.
          • The Seller asks the Buyer to be careful when using and protecting the Data, as the Buyer is responsible for the confidentiality of all Data. The Buyer should log out of the browser after finishing work in order to be sure that no one will access the Buyer’s e-mail, personal information, especially in cases where the Buyer uses a publicly accessible computer (e.g. in an Internet cafe, library). Also, the Seller warns that the Buyer must be careful and should not disclose his personal information (such as the Buyer’s real name, personal identification number, e-mail address, bank account codes, etc.) to third parties when using the Online Store. Such information may be used and directed against the Buyer’s interests, including by acts such as fraud,
          • The Seller undertakes to make efforts to protect the personal data of the Buyer, which is processed by the Seller, but considering the fact that the Buyer’s information is sent over the Internet, the Seller warns that the Seller cannot and does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted by the Buyer, including personal data.
          • The seller takes care of protecting the rights of minors and restricts their access to certain services intended only for adults. Therefore, individual parts of the Online Store can only be intended for adults. Underage Buyers are strictly prohibited from entering such parts of the Online Store. The Buyer is also responsible for the behavior of not only himself, but also his minor children or other wards in the Online Store, if they use the Online Store in the Buyer’s environment, with his permission or using the Buyer’s hardware.
        1. The online store uses software and its installation.
          • Seller may make available for installation software of its choice for use with certain Services. The Buyer understands and agrees that the Seller may limit the Buyer’s ability to use certain services in cases where certain software is not installed. Such software may be developed both by the Seller and by third parties. The software may be designed in such a way that it independently communicates with the hardware of the Seller or third parties in order to make the installed software work, and also so that the Buyer has the opportunity to learn about updates and improvements of such software. The terms of use of such software are discussed in a separate agreement, the text of which is available to the Buyer upon installation of such software.
        1. The buyer’s right to access his personal data
          • The buyer has the right to receive information from which sources and which personal data are collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which recipients the data is provided and/or has been provided during the last 1 (one) year.
          • The Buyer has the right at any time, after submitting a request and a document confirming personal identity to the Seller, to get acquainted with the Buyer’s personal data processed by the Seller and how they are processed, to demand the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, to demand the suspension, except for storage, of the processing of his personal data , when data is processed in violation of the law and the conditions of these Rules.
          • The Seller, upon receiving the Buyer’s request, submits an answer no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer’s request.
          • The Seller, at the written request of the Buyer, immediately corrects incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data and/or stops the processing of such personal data, with the exception of storage
          • The Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the correction, destruction or suspension of personal data processing performed or not performed at his request.
